CyberAgent Investment Inc. announces to invest in FiveMinutes Inc. (CEO: Shaofei Gao), which develops and publishes social applications in China, through CA-JAIC China Internet Fund jointly managed by CyberAgent Investment and Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd.

FiveMinutes holds more than 30 million subscribes through their titles, “Happy Firm1” and “Happy Firm2”, and they are one of the pioneer companies in the Chinese social application market.

CyberAgent Investment will contribute to enhance their value by initiating cooperation between FiveMinutes and social application business of CyberAgent Group.
